508-799-3277 FairfullJ@worc.k12.ma.us Acting Guidance Liaison As the Acting Guidance Liaison for the Worcester Public Schools, my primary goal is to support the hardworking, compassionate and dedicated middle school and high school guidance counselors of Worcester. I communicate with the guidance counselors and our director, Maureen Ciccone, who leads and manages all of us. The WPS guidance counselors take on various roles for our students: collaborator, advocate, mental health professional, consultant and adviser. We come together as a district in providing the best guidance services possible for our students. Head Guidance Counselor at Doherty Memorial High School As the head guidance counselor at Doherty Memorial High School, I work with a team of five highly educated and professional guidance counselors who provide a place in the school setting where a student will experience unconditional positive regard. Along with my co-workers, I have a dedicated passion to help all Doherty students accomplish their goals, overcome obstacles and plan for a future in which they will find work that they love. | |
